Every Wednesday, I send you one useful move plus whatever implementation asset makes that move easier to use — a script, template, worksheet, calculator, prompt, checklist, framework, or similar resource.

Yes. No paid subscription. No credit card. No 'free for seven days.' Just give me somewhere to send Wednesday's move.

How often will you email me?

The Playbook itself arrives once every Wednesday. You'll also receive normal administrative emails related to your subscription and occasional educational or platform communications consistent with what you agree to when subscribing. And you can unsubscribe anytime.

Are you going to pitch me every week?

No. The operating rhythm is intentionally value-heavy. For three weeks, the focus is the move. Every fourth week, I may give you an Inside Look at Modern Agent Sprint™ and invite you to learn more if it's relevant. Then we go back to the Playbook.

How long will each issue take?

The goal is to make each issue quick to understand and realistic to use. Some moves may take 15 minutes. Others may deserve an hour. The point is not to hand you another giant project. It's to give you something useful enough to act on.

I'm already successful. Is this still for me?

Probably — especially if success has created more moving parts. The Playbook is not 'Real Estate 101.' It's about operating leverage. Better follow-up. Better conversion. Better use of your database. Better systems. Better decisions about where your time goes. A bigger business generally makes those things more important, not less.

I'm not very technical. Will I understand this?
